The My Requests module includes a Reports tab for a quick summary of request activity and an Export function to download all requests as a spreadsheet. Both are available to all admin-level users.
Using the Reports Tab
The Reports tab gives you a quick summary of how many requests exist in each category and what status they are in.
Getting to Reports
- Navigate to Administer Site > My Requests.
- Click the Reports tab.
What the Report Shows
The report displays a single table: Category Count by Status.
- Rows — Each row represents one request category that has at least one request.
- Columns — One column per status value (for example: New, In Progress, Completed), plus a Total column.
- Cell values — The count of requests in that category with that status.
- Totals row — The last row shows the grand total for each status column and the overall total.
Categories with zero requests across all statuses are not shown.
Tip: Use the Reports tab for a fast overview before a board meeting, or to identify which categories have a backlog of open requests.
Exporting Requests to CSV
You can download all service requests to a CSV file and open it in Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet application.
How to Export
- Navigate to Administer Site > My Requests.
- Click the Export tab.
- Click Export.
- Your browser downloads a CSV file containing all work requests.
What the Export Contains
The export includes all requests regardless of the current list filters. It is a snapshot of all requests at the time you click Export.
Tip: If you need to analyze requests by date range or status, apply your analysis in Excel after exporting — the export itself does not support filters.
