Residents can submit reviews of sitters through the resident-facing Find a Sitter directory. The Reviews tab in the admin area shows all submitted reviews so you can monitor and moderate them.
How to View Reviews
- Navigate to Administer Site > Find a Sitter.
- Click the Reviews tab.
What the Reviews Table Shows
Each row represents one resident-submitted review and displays:
- Name — The name of the reviewer (as entered on the review form). Click it to open the review for editing.
- Rating — The star rating the reviewer gave (displayed as a visual star rating).
- Comments — The text of the review.
- Date — The date and time the review was submitted.
Reviews are sorted with the most recent first.
