The Sitter List is the main workspace for the Find a Sitter module. It shows every listing that has been added to your community's directory.
Getting to the Sitter List
- Navigate to Administer Site > Find a Sitter.
- The Sitter List opens by default.
What the Table Shows
Each row in the table represents one sitter listing and displays:
- Status indicator — A colored icon in the first column shows whether the listing is visible (published) or hidden from residents.
- Name — The sitter's name. Click it to open and edit the listing.
- Baby — A checkmark appears if the sitter offers babysitting.
- House — A checkmark appears if the sitter offers house sitting.
- Pet — A checkmark appears if the sitter offers pet sitting.
- Plant — A checkmark appears if the sitter offers plant care.
- Availability — A comma-separated list of the days of the week the sitter is available (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). A day appears only if the sitter has marked at least one time slot on that day.
- Date — The date and time the listing was created or last updated.
Sorting and Filtering
The table supports interactive sorting and filtering through the standard data table controls. Click any column header to sort by that column.
