The Header & Footer page controls what appears at the very top and bottom of every page on your site. You can display a single banner image, a custom-built header using the rich text editor, or a rotating slideshow of images. The footer lets you add custom content — contact information, copyright notices, or links — that appears on every page.
Getting There
- Log in with an administrator account.
- Click Administer Site in the top navigation bar.
- In the left-hand menu, click Settings, then select Header & Footer.
The Two Tabs
Header
Controls the top banner area of your site. You can choose to use a custom header or fall back to your theme's built-in default header.
Footer
Contains a rich text editor where you build the content that appears at the bottom of every page.
Saving Changes
After making changes on either tab, click Save. Click Cancel to return to the admin dashboard without saving.
