The Businesses tab shows every business across all categories in a sortable table.
Columns in the Business List
- A visibility indicator icon (showing whether the business is Approved, Pending, or Disabled)
- A photo icon (if the business has an image attached)
- Title — The business name; click to open the edit form
- Category — The category this business belongs to
- Reviews — The number of reviews submitted for this business
- Updated By — The administrator or member who last edited the listing
- Updated — The date the listing was last changed
Filtering the List
Use the filter bar at the top of the card to narrow the list:
- Category — Select a specific category, or leave blank to see all categories.
- Status — Choose All, Approved, Disabled, or Pending to filter by approval status.
Changing either filter reloads the page automatically.
Adjusting Results Per Page
Use the results-per-page control (also in the filter bar) to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 businesses per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.
Note: Pagination counts are based on the total number of businesses before any status filter is applied. If you combine a category filter with a status filter, the page count shown may not exactly match the filtered results displayed.
