Viewing Poll Results

The Results screen shows a breakdown of votes for each answer, with percentage bars and the total number of votes cast. For Advanced polls, the screen also includes a record of every individual vote, linked to the member who cast it.

How to View Results

1. Navigate to Administer Site > Polls.
2. In the poll list, click the number in the Votes column for the poll you want to inspect.

Vote Totals

Summary

At the top of the Results screen the poll question is shown in full, followed by the total number of votes cast across all answers.

Answer Breakdown

Each answer is listed in its own row, sorted from most votes to fewest. For each answer you will see:

• The answer text.
• The percentage of total votes that answer received (rounded to the nearest whole number).
• The raw vote count in parentheses.
• A progress bar showing the percentage visually.

Printing Results

Click the print icon at the top right of the Results screen to send the page to your printer. The progress bars are hidden in the printed version; only the text and numbers are included.

Individual Voter Details

The "Votes by member" table appears only on results pages for polls set to Type: Advanced poll. Quick polls do not record individual voter identity and do not show this table.

What the Table Shows

Scroll below the answer breakdown to find the Votes by member table. Each row in the table represents one vote. The columns are:

• Date — the date and time the vote was cast.
• Member — the member's display name, linked to their member record.
• Address — the member's street address on file.
• Vote — which answer the member selected.

The table is sorted with the most recent votes at the top.

Printing the Voter Table

Use the print icon at the top of the Results screen to print the full results page, including the voter table.

Returning to the Poll List

Click Back at the top of the Results screen to return to the poll list.
