Managing Form Categories

Categories group related forms together on the public forms page, making it easier for residents to find what they need. Go to Administer Site > Forms and click the Categories tab.

Adding a Category

  1. Click Add Category.
  2. Enter a Title for the category.
  3. Choose how forms in this category should be sorted:
    • Sort By: Publication Date, Date Created, or Title
    • Sort Order: Ascending or Descending
  4. Set Visibility: On or Off.
  5. Click Save.

Editing a Category

Click the category name in the list, update the fields, and click Save.

Deleting a Category

A category cannot be deleted if it still has forms assigned to it. Reassign or delete those forms first, then return to delete the category.

Note: The default category cannot be deleted.
