A recurring event repeats automatically on a schedule you define — for example, a monthly board meeting or a weekly fitness class. Instead of creating separate entries for each occurrence, you create one event with a recurrence rule.
How to Set Up Recurrence
- Open the event create or edit form.
- Under Recurrence, select On.
- The Frequencysection appears. Configure it:

- Under Ends, choose when the recurrence stops:

Recurring Events in the Event List
Recurring events show a checkmark in the Recurring column of the Event List. Click the event name to edit the recurrence settings at any time.
Note: Editing a recurring event changes the rule for all future occurrences — there is no per-occurrence editing. If you need a one-off change to a single date, duplicate the event, adjust the copy, and disable the original for that date period.
