This article walks you through turning the splash page on or off and setting its content.
How to Enable the Splash Page
- Navigate to Administer Site > Settings > Splash Page.
- Set Show Splash Page to Yes. The configuration fields appear below.
- Set Show Site Link:
- Yes — Adds a link on the splash page that visitors can click to enter the main site.
- No — Hides the link. Use this only if you have embedded your own link in the splash content.
- In the Splash Text editor, compose the content you want visitors to see. Use the rich text editor to add text, images, and links.
- Click Save.
Warning: If you set Show Site Link to No, you must add your own link to default.asp?id=1 somewhere inside your Splash Text content. Without any link, visitors will have no way to enter the main site.
How to Disable the Splash Page
- Navigate to Administer Site > Settings > Splash Page.
- Set Show Splash Page to No.
- Click Save.
Visitors will immediately be routed to the normal site homepage.
