If you do not currently own a domain name (e.g., www.yourcommunity.com), you have two options depending on your plan.
Get a Domain Through HOA Total Access (Premium Plan)
The Premium plan includes domain registration and annual renewals at no extra charge. During registration, simply enter the domain name you'd like — we'll check availability and handle the setup for you.
- Standard extensions (.com, .net, .org) are supported.
- Once availability is confirmed, your domain is typically active within 2 business days.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Plus and Premium)
If you already have a domain registered elsewhere, you can connect it to your HOA Total Access site on the Plus or Premium plan.
Free Subdomain (All Plans)
Every account — including the free trial — includes a free subdomain in the format yourcommunity.hoatotalaccess.net at no charge.
