Deleting a Document

  1. Go to Administer Site > Documents.
  2. Click the name of the document you want to remove.
  3. Scroll down and click Delete.
  4. Click Delete again in the confirmation dialog to permanently remove the document.

Warning: Deleting a document cannot be undone. The document record is removed from the site, but the underlying file in your file manager is not deleted.

If you want to temporarily hide a document without deleting it, set its Visibility to Off instead. See the Document Visibility Options article for details.
