When you transfer your domain to HOA Total Access, we become your domain host. This means your domain's contact information, DNS settings, and registration payments are all conveniently managed by us.
To transfer your domain to HOA Total Access, you'll need to obtain an authorization code (sometimes called an EPP code) from your current domain registrar. This code is usually sent to your domain's registered email address upon request or displayed with your domain settings. If you need assistance, please contact your current domain registrar.
Additionally, your domain must be unlocked before you can initiate the transfer. In most cases, you can unlock your domain through your current registrar's control panel or by contacting their support. Please be aware that in some situations, your domain might be locked due to ICANN's 60-day lock policy following a recent registration or transfer.
Transfer your domain to HOA Total Access to centralize your domain management. Once the transfer is complete, all your domain's settings and billing will be handled directly through HOA Total Access.
The transfer process can take up to 7 days to fully complete. If you need your domain connected to your community website more quickly, you might consider connecting your domain to HOA Total Access first.
