Viewing, creating, and updating violations

Violations on an account can be viewed, created, or updated in one of two ways in the admin area. Residents can view their violations by going to their "My Account" area of the site.

To view, create, or update violations:

  1. Log into the site with an admin account.
  2. Click on "Administer Site" in the menu.
  3. Option1: In the left menu, click "Modules", select "Violations".

  4. Option 2: In the left menu, click "Users & Groups", then select a resident.

  5. To view or update a violation, click on the date of the violation.
  6. To add a violation, use the New/Add violation buttons.
