Accessing email accounts

Please note that this article only applies to customers that have been migrated to our new e-mail system.

WebMail

  1. From your web browser, go to mail.hoatotalaccess.net.
  2. Provide your username (e.g.,user@yourdomain.com).
  3. Provide your password and click log in.

Mail Client

To set up your mail application, use the following settings if prompted. Please note that depending on your mail application, you might not have to enter everything.

AdvancedCheck outgoing server requires authentication and use same settings as incoming mail server (if prompted)
UsernameYour whole email address.
PasswordYour mail password.
