Delegate Updating of Webpages

Delegated webpage editing is set by utilizing both the "Users & Groups" module (Groups tab) and the "Webpages" module (Permissions tab). This feature allows you to assign webpage editing to specific groups of residents, like the updating of committee pages to each committee.

Step 1: Create a Custom Group

This step allows you to combine multiple residents into one group that you can then assign to a particular webpage for editing.


Step 2: Assign Users to Group

Easily add or remove members from any group using the bulk group update feature. Once you add a group using the above step, click the "people" icon to the the far left of the group row.


Step 3: Update Webpage Permissions

Delegate editing of your site webpages to the custom groups you created above. Simply select the group and edit rights and let the committees update their own page.
