Can I accept payments online?

Yes, you can now accept payments for dues online. This does require an account with any HOA payment center, or payment collection site like PayPal.

To set up payments:

  1. Log into the site with an admin account.
  2. Click on "Administer Site" in the menu.
  3. In the left menu, click "Modules", select "Pay Dues".
  4. Click the "Provider Settings" tab.
  5. Enter a Payment URL in the field provider. This should be the URL given to you by your payment center, or your PayPal URL.
  6. Click the "Submit" button.
  7. You may want to display some information about your dues. If you click on the "Content Settings" tab, you can enter text that would appear on the same page as the payment button. Text can be added above and below the button.
