Setting reservation approval rules

As an administrator, you have the ability to determine how reservation requests for each facility are handled. This setting controls whether a booking is instantly confirmed or requires manual review before the resident can use the facility.

This configuration is managed across all facilities.

Step 1: Access the Facility Module

  1. Log in to the site using your Admin Account.

  2. Click on "Administer Site" in the main menu.

  3. In the left-hand menu, click "Modules" and then select "Facilities".

  4. Click the "Settings" tab.

Step 2: Modify Facility Settings

Locate the "Enable Reservations" option.

After Admin Approval
Pending Review. The reservation is submitted as tentative and is NOT confirmed until an administrator manually approves it.Use this for high-risk, high-value, or complex amenities, such as the Clubhouse, Event Hall, or any space that requires a deposit, fee payment, or liability review.
ImmediatelyLive Immediately (Instant Confirmation). The reservation is confirmed automatically upon submission if the time slot is available and the request follows all built-in rules (e.g., operating hours, max duration).Use this for simple, high-turnover amenities like Tennis Courts, Fitness Equipment, or Pool Lap Lanes where instant booking is preferred.
