Founder Story
About 22 years ago, our founder was serving on the board of his condo association. The need to communicate with all residents, share documents, and have a fluid online address book was of great importance. After a lot of research, he found that there were only a few players in this space, and they were all quite expensive.
Having 25+ years of programming experience, he started coding day and night until he had something to present to the rest of the board. After a few years of enhancement requests, the product grew into something that could be marketed to other neighborhoods.
With that vision, he transformed his side project into HOA Total Access, LLC. What began as a local solution for a single condo association has since evolved into a robust network of communities spanning North America. Twenty years later, we remain 100% family-owned, continually expanding our features to meet the evolving needs of the clients and boards we serve.
