Starter Plan
Our Starter Plan is great for communities just starting a web site, or for those that would like to try our service before they commit to monthly plan. All starter sites come with 3 shared community web site logins. All residents use the same login to access any site content that you don't want public.

Premium Plan
Our Premium Plan includes all the features found in our Starter Plan, with the addition of some really great features. Shared logins are optional with this plan. Each single-family unit can have their own login, and maintain their own profile as well as post Classifieds, reserve Facilities, access a Member Directory, and many more.

*A $25 setup fee applies if you are using your own domain name (i.e. www.yoursite.com). A $50 registration fee (per two years) applies if you do not already own a domain name.
Require more e-mail addresses or disk space? Just pick the next higher plan that meets your needs. If you have more than 2000 residents in your community or require more than 2000 logins, please contact us for a quote.
